Alexander “Sandy” Spiro, President & CEO
Sandy Spiro has been with Fisher Consulting since 2000, acting in various positions: a member of the Board of Directors, vice president of Business Development, and since May 2007, President and CEO. Sandy has spent his 35-year professional career as a healthcare administrator, serving in various executive positions in hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare IT organizations. Prior to joining Fisher Consulting, Sandy was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with Beringea, LLC, an international venture capital investment firm with $400 million under management. Sandy’s responsibility was advising the firm on investment strategy and sitting on various boards of directors for healthcare portfolio companies.
Linda Green, Director of Client Services
Linda Green is responsible for growing relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Linda facilitates Fisher Consulting’s Client Quarterly Reviews, with a focus on achieving a “trusted business partner” status. Prior to joining Fisher Consulting in 1996, Linda worked as an account executive in the construction industry. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and a graduate of The University of Michigan with a B.A. in Communications.
Kim Davis, Corporate Controller
Kim Davis has been with Fisher Consulting since its inception. Kim manages the company’s finances and accounting, quoting, and contract preparation. Kim oversees the IT requirements of the company, including the proprietary database, and also serves as corporate secretary.
Ken Alexander

Mr. Alexander is a proven executive level manager with over thirty-five years of experience in managing operations, services, sales, marketing, project management, acquisitions and business development for healthcare firms. Prior to Joining Fisher consulting, he held senior management positions with Metologics, COHR MasterPlan, AMSCO International, TRW, and GDC Medical (one of the first third party Clinical service startup companies in the US).
Rob Richard, Vice President of Sales
Rob Richard is responsible for developing national sales and marketing programs for the firm’s diagnostic imaging equipment management programs. He was formerly the Director of Global Sales & Marketing for Chrysler’s Mopar Parts & Service division, responsible for $4.5 billion in revenue and the development of sales and marketing strategies. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Detroit and a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University.
